Regular Visits

Avoid relapse with

regular visits.

After the investment of time needed on the first and second visits, many practice members become concerned that every visit to our Missoula office will be of equal length. Avoid relapse with regular visits to our Missoula office.

Your regular visits to our office from this point on will take around 15 minutes or less. During this time we will ask if there has been any notable change in your condition, provide you with any needed therapy and give you a chiropractic adjustment.

It is important to remember that each adjustment builds on the one before it, just like physical therapy or exercise. If you fall off the schedule or miss a number of appointments, your recovery will be compromised. This is especially true in more serious or chronic cases.

Getting well is a process, not an event. Regularly scheduled adjustments reduce nerve interference, allowing the body to heal itself. If your goal is to get well as quickly as possible, it's necessary to make up missed appointments.

Dr Mark Asks some important questions of interest to Missoula residents - Chiropractor Missoula Dr Mark Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Why are chiropractors wary of the germ theory?
Louis Pasteur originated the idea that germs caused disease. Yet, on his deathbed he recanted, declaring, "It's not the seed, but the soil." Meaning, it's not the germ that causes disease, but the condition of the body that allows the germ to thrive. Chiropractic care in our Missoula office is designed to bolster your resistance so germs don't see you as a good host.
