Missoula Massage Therapist Noah Visscher

Noah Visscher

Noah Visscher was born in Dillon, Montana but grew up mostly in Bozeman. His greatest passion is martial arts and he teaches Danzan Ryu Jujitsu in his free time. In 2010, Noah took some time off from the University of Montana to go to massage therapy school. He graduated from the Montana School of Massage in April of 2011. Noah views massage as the other side of the coin to his martial arts training and they have benefited each other immensely. When he isn’t doing massage or teaching Jujitsu, he is working out, studying Health and Human Performance at the University of Montana, or trying to cram more martial arts into his schedule.

Massage Therapist Kali Spafford

Kali Spafford

Kali Spafford was born in Missoula, MT and has spent the last 9 years living in Colorado. She spent her early 20’s avidly mountain biking and skiing the Colorado Rockies along with many other outdoor activities and travels. Due to the nature of extreme sports and hard work, injuries can be common. Kali began to experience severe low back pain that haunted her chronically and at times limited her to bed rest for days. After seeking numerous avenues of medical attention Kali finally turned to massage therapy for relief. It proved to be extremely beneficial! With amazement, massage not only improved athletic performance but it also relieved pain and increased vitality. Over time Kali discovered that massage therapy and chiropractic was a perfect match for health and healing.

Dr. Mark Asks some important questions of interest to Missoula residents - Chiropractor Missoula Dr. Mark Asks...

What are the two things drugs do?
Drugs can either speed up (laxatives, amphetamines, caffeine) a bodily process, or slow down (stomach antacids, sleep aids, antihistamines, muscle relaxers) a bodily process. Chiropractic care can produce the same results, but relies on the intelligence of the body. Chiropractors trust your body. Do you?
Is a muscle spasm a cause or an effect?
With the knee-jerk use of muscle relaxers, you'd think it was a cause. But it's an effect. Chiropractors know that bones don't move unless muscles move them. And muscles don't contract unless commanded by the nervous system. That's why your nervous system is the focus of our Missoula chiropractic practice.
