Your Second Visit

On your report visit we explain what we found and how we may be able to help

you.

On your report visit we explain what we found during our examination and how we may be able to help you. After we study your health history and correlate our findings, we'll make recommendations designed to help you get and keep your health. We call this the Report of Findings.

This is usually attended to on your second visit, which may be later the same day or the following day. This two-visit approach accomplishes several things:

  • Reduces the length of your first visit

  • Gives us time to correlate our findings

  • Avoids overloading you with too much information

In certain situations, and in the professional judgment of Dr Wilson, we sometimes make exceptions. It just depends on your unique situation.

Dr Mark Asks some important questions of interest to Missoula residents - Chiropractor Missoula Dr Mark Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Why are chiropractors wary of the germ theory?
Louis Pasteur originated the idea that germs caused disease. Yet, on his deathbed he recanted, declaring, "It's not the seed, but the soil." Meaning, it's not the germ that causes disease, but the condition of the body that allows the germ to thrive. Chiropractic care in our Missoula office is designed to bolster your resistance so germs don't see you as a good host.
